Liset Nyland

Studies:

BSc in Chemical Engineering from The Engineering Academy of Denmark, Copenhagen, in 1993, with specialisation in energy management and thesis on industrial energy optimization of heat exchanger networks using Pinch Technology.

Master in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh in 1994.

 

Professional career:

She has worked for AEA Technology (The Atomic Energy Authority) in the UK as a reservoir engineer, doing well test analysis on rock formations for identification of secure storage of radioactive waste, and reservoir simulation on North Sea oil and gas fields.
With Schlumberger-GeoQuest she has worked as a reservoir engineer and log analyst in Italy, Nigeria and Norway doing production log interpretation and reservoir simulation.

She now collaborates with Studio EOS in the areas of Energy Management and Carbon Footprints, she is also taking care of the applications for feed-in tariffs on photovoltaic installations, PV project documentation, document translation etc.
